News 12 Networks Wins Five Murrow Awards

News 12 Networks has won five Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards, the most of any network in the northeast. The awards are organized and announced by the Radio Television Digital News Association and recognize the best in radio, television and digital journalism.

News 12 Networks was honored in various categories from writing and feature reporting to hard news, documentaries and sports reporting. Three News 12 regions were honored with wins in Connecticut, Hudson Valley, and Westchester.

Regional Murrow winners are automatically advanced to compete in the national Edward R. Murrow awards competition, which will be announced in October 2022.
